Buying Blogger to Wordpress Migration Needed

Hello,

I need a wordpress guru, that can help me migrate my current site hosted with blogger.com, to wordpress installation.

I managed to import the content myself, but i got 2 errors:

1: A wired sign in all the titles and at the start of the post, this needs to be removed.

URL Link does not match, i need someone to setup a 301 redirect on all OLD posts to new posts, there are around 900 posts. (I'm open to suggestions, if you have any).
