    Blogger doesn't use PHP themes. They have their own templating system.

    Blogger have their own templating system and you can get the theme (xml format) by searching "blogspot themes" or "blogger theme". Even you can edit the theme using theme editor under your blogspot account.

    it's not possible on blogger, but you can use lots of free blogger templates from free blogger templates resources or you can do customization from blogger design.
