Hei fellow members , I just want to ask about the template of blogger. I want to change it with a new template that is more SEO friendly than my current template. The problems is , i got some HTML codes inside the template including the code of analytics ,feedburners , meta tags, and others. If i change with a new one, will the code follow and automatically fit into the HTML of the Template? if not, do you have any suggestions? Thanks .
So, i dont need to change my current template ? i just need maximize my effort in SEO thing ? SEO template is not that important ? Thanks .
no , meta tags and other is not automatic, you have to write HTML code manually again . You can only take the old code to put on your new template.
just search Seo Friendly template on Google..It will show you varieties of blog templates that are SEO Friendly..^^
In addition to the existing code, you can add: Like Button (Fan Pages) of Facebook, +1 of Google+, Myspace. You can see two blogger template with SEO friendly: http://sangtao24.com/content/2-beautiful-template-blogger.html
Just about any template out there can be "SEO Friendly" as long as you put in the things that help with SEO (good URL's, sitemap, internal links for related content, avoiding broken links, etc). "SEO Friendly" templates are usually just templates where they have already layed it out to include things that are usually a good idea to have for SEO, such as clean semantic markup, lots of internal navigation (including breadcrumb), and content before sidebar when a bot sees it (not necessarily the way your human readers see it). Most SEO comes from your work and backend settings, not the templates themselves. Having broken code will put off Google and possible prevent it from indexing content, but beyond that, the "SEO Friendly" templates are typically just a gimmick to either get you to buy them or to get search results for the term. Find a template that you like the looks of, make sure it has coding that is sound and up-to-date with industry standards, and then just do your work with setting up the on-page and backend to be optimized for search engine friendliness.
