BLOGGER seo

Hi Friends,

I have hired one company for SEO. Both online and offline SEO. Now they are difficulties facing since it hosted on blogger.com

They are saying that they could not upload the Meta tags and XML file.

Any help on this will be helpful for me and others too.

Actually they want to add Meta tags for each page.

 

can help you out or you can do it by your self by editing the programming and insert title meta tags on your blog.

 

you can't do it on blogspot. there is only 1 section to edit html. you can not edit each page or you can't add a dynamic code. you have to move it to wp.

 

Just do your work.

Meta tags possible but Google site-map for blogspot as we have no access to the servers

 

XML, Robots.txt files can not be uploaded for blogger sites but Meta tag can be added. I am using blogger sites for many year and have found that seo is very easy for blogspot blogs.

 

I think they'll have problems adding metadata. Blogger is owned by Google. Google has this kind of technology that they choose the perfect keyword, description and title for that page which will appear in SERPs. If you want to customize it, change your platform to wordpress.

 

Meta tags and XML file can be done by yourself

 

I think you have to move your blog to wordpress,

 

you can have tags on xml, or maybe just change your site design and structure.

 

You can set the meta tags as your wish and content! I would like to do that by myself!

 

You cant add description for pages, you can add title for pages only.

 

If hiring a company to do your SEO, it would be ideal to have your own site to avoid this type of problems, blogger is really a DIY blogging platform, and many professionals don't use it for the above reasons you have found out
