Is there a way to pre-load words, sentences, etc (that you would set up) into a blog post when you click the New Post button?

If you are posting on Blogger then there is no such plugins to pre-load some sentences or words when you click on the new post button. It can be a new post manually and there is a need to put everything manually there.

Copy and paste something from a separate notepad document? :)

There's no way to preload something in a new blogger post unless you have a Javascript plugin or something.

Did you mean "schedule" the post? You just put the contents and set the date that content would appear prior. If that so I am not sure with Blogger but I am sure that Wordpress can do it.
