Has anybody had experience swithing a blogger domain (example.blogspot.com to example.com) to a custom domain when you are still going to use blogger to host once you change the name. has anyone had experience changing it with a domain name from name.com. i am having trouble with the dns settings thanks

I use name.com and the blogger platform on my blogs so I Can help you out. sign into name.com this is how it should look,Here is a screen shot of my account just substitute the domain name for your own. Once this is done exactly as below it should all take affect in a few hours make sure you redirect your old blogspot url to your new one in your blogger dashboard. If you need help pm me
you can use external DNS server like dnspark submit your domain there and set the dns setting of you domain. I've used it for my custom domains on blogger
