Blogger marked my blog as spam blog , What can i do now

    Hello everyone, my friend just mailed me and told me that Blogger marked his blog as spam blog, he is hosting a custom domain on blogger i.e .com , he has got this message.

    This blog has been locked due to possible Blogger Terms of Service violations. You may not publish new posts until your blog is reviewed and unlocked.

    This blog will be deleted within 20 days unless you request a review.

    He has requested for Unlock his blog. Does anyone have any idea about this?? will his blog be unlocked?????

    He is very upset , Please answer !!!

    Looks kind of spammy to me... just switch to WordPress if you don't want to be at the mercy of Google.
