I have seen something similar about this posted before.
What is the deal? Did blogger shut off self publishing?

What exactly do you still have access to? and what did they take away?

When did this happen, can you tell us more about this for those of use who don't use Blogger ? Then we can probably have some suggestions if we know what's going on, technically.

Well, blogger allows you to publish your posts using one of three ways; the normal way that your posts will be under yourname.blogpost.com, or publish under a domain name of your choice and make mapping and hosting using blogger or publish under a domain name of your choice or publish your blogs using blogger FTP tool.

The third one is no longer available, so the case now a lot of people have a website provide a some kind of service with many articles published by blogger, now blogger gave us two opetions, mapping to the domain name or publish in blogger server, in both cases we can't provide any other matrial or services with the blog.

So, please if you read anything will help me to keep blogging using my hosting account and my domain name just tell me about it.

I don't see how there's any other way if they have cut off the service. You can't override their network settings and force FTP access.
What's wrong with just posting your blog posts normally through blogger?

It may be time to get your own blog and stop using blogger. Sounds like they are trying to clean up the network.
Here is what I found on the issue:

I don't see where there is anything that you can do. Either use blogger in the way that they allow, or host your own blog using Wordpress, Joomla, or one of the other platforms and do what ever you want.

Switch to wordpress and host your own blog - that way you dont have to worry about someone changing the rules on you.

If you dont like the way people at blogger running things, then its time to move on.

No need to think that way, just asking about any other company provides the same service.

I'm not sure if Worldpress provides the same service or not, but I'll take a closer look again.

You can't monetize Wordpress.com blogs. You could check out Typepad, they have a monetization program, but I don't think you can do your own out side of the network.

Live journal allows Google adsense, but they and many other platforms that have what you are looking for, are with a paid upgrade.
I don't understand, if you have your own domain and hosting, you can use what ever you want..there are a ton of open source CMS's out there that all you need to do is download and install.
