Blogger Custom Domain Problem

    I registered a domain from cnobin.com/domainportal
    i want set my domain on my blog
    I can not set Cname
    i can only set a dns

    please say to me that what is the dns of blogger and how i can set my domain on my blog (my domain control panel is very narrow)
