blogger.com layout generator?

    Is there a site where I can customize and create my own blogger layout? I just need a skeleton code with columns and header so I can easily add in the graphic for the header.

    even i tried to but couldnt figure out its like we have to follow thier template

    I know one, but it can create a blogger classic template( not the new widget template).
