    How can I add category in blogger.com

    And after that how can I add particular post in particular category?

    Very easy. On your compose post window there's a little box at the bottom saying 'Labels for this post'. Just type in a category name and there you go. You can insert a widget to display all your labels (categories) on you blog sidebar.

    You can label the post in blogger for both classic and widget template (as CountryBoy said above). But you can display them in side bar in widget only if you are using widget template.
    In classic template you can do it manually.
    Suppose you are using label xyz123 for your posts. Now create a link i the side bar with anchor xyz123 and link it to URL http://yourblogname.blogspot.com/search/label/xyz123
