Your site is indexed. Do a search site:diet-science.blogspot.com and you'll see your index pages. If your site got no visitors, then you might want to do off page seo to rank your site's keywords. Also, delete the link pointing to that SEO company (footer and URL in post),it's unrelated to your site. Instead, you might want to give links to related authority site like wiki or other that are not competing the same keyword as you have. If you can't delete it, just add rel="nofollow" tag... But I suggest you delete it especially in your post cuz it looks spam.
Yes your site is indexed by google. You should post more unique content related with your blog topics to get attract by visitors. Once you get visitors on daily basis you can monetize your blog with adsense, affiliate link etc.
Same here which your site already been index just that you do not optimize your site well that is why still stay in PR 0 . Your site do have 20 index from google search engine. Try to get some backlinks on high PR site, try create your blog integrate with social media as well.
