How much places in a page, the adsense ads can be inserted in blogger blog? Does the google block the blog if I use ads on more places?
It is the same limit on blogger as well - a maximum of 3 ad units per page. And of course you can use 3 link units and a search box as well. And yes, if you try to place more ad units, they won't show - Google will block them.
