    The best thing is to exchange links with similar blogs and to write good posts and hope other blogs pick up the posts and link to you.

    I will suggest that you manage a good blog with meaningful quality content and syndicate the RSS feed to several RSS feed directories. It can be really helpful in driving quality traffic.
