    yes you can use .blogspot blog for adsense account application but make sure you have high quality contents before you submit your blog

    You will be so lucky if adsense approves your application. Recently adsense tightened their policy on BlogSpot publishing for they will look for quality content and the design. If you are rejected then you need to put your concern through their forums. One of my friends got his account active after posting his concern on their forum. Thanks

    If you are rejected from adsense make your blog better with nice contents apply again. If your account has rejected, sign in to a new mail account and transfer your blog to the new account and apply again for adsense. Good luck
