    I have good knowledge of creating blog in blogger and word press but i read that we can also create blog in joomla , i don't know it is right or wrong, we can create than how ? please friends help me. Thanks

    for that you should have your own domain and hosting, then you can install joomla as CMS like Wordpress and Blogger.

    yes u need to install joomla on ur server and then configure it with ur blog.
