Well i would suggest you to wait for google reply. If they doesn't reply soon,better you start the new one with new ideas.
Apart from the sales pitch BadBoyzStudioZ has it right, by opting for a free blog you gave up alot of the control over your content (intellectual property) and you have to face the consequences.
