    My blog has been locked by Google http://improvepageranksubmissionsites.blogspot.com and showed this message:

    Can somebody give me advice how can i getback my blog.

    It ain't your blog to begin with, it's on blogspot. Get your own host and install your own Wordpress, no big deal. I can do it all for you for $25.00 setup and 3.95 a month. Guaranteed nobody will block your blog then. If there are legal or copyright issues, that is between you and the copyright holder, but I certainly don't care about it one way or the other.     I don't think there is much you can do really. Make a new one on wordpress or blogspot and move on.

    Well i would suggest you to wait for google reply.
    If they doesn't reply soon,better you start the new one with new ideas.

    Apart from the sales pitch BadBoyzStudioZ has it right, by opting for a free blog you gave up alot of the control over your content (intellectual property) and you have to face the consequences.
