    Need a quality wordpress designer meeting the following qualifications:

    1) Can submit all work in PSD & PNG format ( i need PNG to view on my laptop)
    2) Use skype daily
    3) Based in Europe, North America, Caribbean, or South America
    4) Great communicator who can finish work pretty quickly

    What i will provide:
    1) A rough layout to show structural ideas
    2) I will be available on skype daily, throughout day / open schedule

    Anyone submitting from outside of these locations will be blocked from communicating with me in the future.
