Hi can a blog with no post content, but just titles rank high in google? If it has links linking to it from a PR 3 or up sites will it rank high if keyword competition is low to medium? The content on it is just post titles, no actually article or review in the post, just the title.

It will be harder than if you did post content. Keep in mind search engines look for relevant, up-to-date info to rank. No content... no info... hard ranking. Why would you not want to post content anyway? just asking if you can do it...?

I remember Google once had this "above the fold" update, which was about lowering search engine rankings of sites that had little textual content above the fold.
Matt Cutts then said it was not good for the use when a site has just ads, or very little content.

Well, for a low competition keyword, it's not that hard to be on 1st page without content! Just a few really HIGH quality backlinks and you are there... But for medium and high competition keywords, you should work on BOTH On-Page and Off-Page SEO (that means that you should post content!) :)

Its unique thinking but you aren't going to get good ranking in google as you won't have good content, nobody will share your blog that will result in lowest rank one day. The main thing of a website is its content or service. Nobody will by a content less book by just watching its cover.

Getting ranked in any of the major search engines is a result of a few factors working together. Be careful that failing to post content doesn't nullify your efforts in other areas.

After google's new algorithm (hummingbird) which searches for "relevance" and if you don't have content you can't rank high in google.

Build page with unique content and make relevant title add backlinks from relevant website. Your website will be ranking in days..
