    Are you even allowed to sell a blog you don't technically own? You might own the content, which you don't because it is all pirated junk. Yet you do not own the blog. Google does. Matter of fact they can shut down the blog at any time they please without your consent. So nobody would even risk it because Google would and probably will shut it down, because it violates TOS.
