vBadvanced CMPS is free, which is good.
    vBadvanced Dynamics isn't free.

Yes, there is a free modification at vbulletin.org that integrates vbulletin and wordpress.

The user accounts between wordpress and vbulletin are shared. Members are supposed to be able to comment on the worpress articles and post in the forums, and from a single account and login.

Go to vbulletin.org and do a search for wordpress integration.

It looks like the forum index.php file has been renamed and replaced with the vBadvanced CMPS index.php file.

In VBulletin you can rename your forum index page to something besides index.php. That way you can have a content management ssytem installed to the HTML root as well as the forum.

Find out what the forums index.php file was renamed to, log into the vbulletin admin control panel, edit the links on the vBadvanced home page to point to the correct forum index name.

Even if you remove vBadvanced, you will still have to rename the forum index file back to index.php.

When someone lands on your site, the webserver should look for an index.html file first. If there is no index.html file, the webserver looks for an index.php file. So if the forums index.php file has been renamed, and you remove cpms, the site should appear that it is down.

To really fix the problem, vBadvanced needs to be moved out of the /forum folder and into the HTML/ root.

Whoever screwed your site up, get them to fix it. And, I dont know "who" did this for you, but only hire people from sites like VBulletin.org that are directly related to the VBulletin community.

Vbulletinsetup.com is another good place to look for people that can help you install that kind of stuff.

    ------ EDIT ------

Ok, your site is messed up and you do not know how to fix it - you have 4 options.

1 - get the person who screwed up your site to fix it. If they will not do this, move to option 2.

2 - hire someone else to fix it.

3 - delete the site and start over.

    4 - live with it.

I dont know what else to tell you.
