    First you need to provide it with fresh and interesting content. Then start promoting it in social bookmarking/networking sites, blog submission sites such as blog catalog, technorati, and mybloglog. You can also submit it feeds to several rss feed sites.

    Really getting traffic to blog is the same as any site. Post up, backlinks, directories, it's all good.
