Quick question, im extremely new to SEO etc, my blog is about 2months old and is updated at least once a day (usually more) with fresh new content written by me, im looking into ways of generating more traffic and wondered what people thought of blog traffic exchange type sites such as blogtrafficexchange, will they actually help me get more traffic? will google frown upon/punish me for using such a scheme? any help is greatly appreciated, thanks, Scott
also a second question if i may? i received the email below, i assume its a mass market spam like email and to be ignored?
If you have google Adsense, you cannot use all forms of traffic exchanges. A single click can result in the termination of your Adsense account. If you take off the Google Adsense, you can use the traffic exchanges. Just stop the usage once you put the Adsense up.
im not using google adsense, if traffic exchanges are actually any good anyone recommend a good one to go with? (thanks for you response)
2Leep is the best I've found in almost 10 years. You can submit one link a day plus they scour partner sites. The real tip is to post a lost of really cool news, top 10 articles and typical high click tech, entertainment and sports posts. While they will scour your site I would highly recommend doing the daily post.
