I was thinking of adding a blog/articles to my game and video site, talking about updates to the site and games and videos on there. The question is would this be of any value SEO/promotion/etc? What are your thoughts? Has anyone done similar? Also, if you answer yes to the idea, would you go www.funnyandfun.com/articles or articles.funnyandfun.com, for example...? Thanks. Matt
blogs are good for marketing...updated content is good. subdomains are better than folders if it will be a unique site and layout. If not, use a folder.
yes, ofcourse... blog is a good way to promote your website... it could help to build an audience real better... try blogging about something really helpful for the gaming community, like cheat codes or walkthroughs or addons or whatever related to your website...
