Blog To Profit

    Hi guys,

Just wondered if any of my fellow bloggers had experience of the paid to post company called Blog To Profit? I registered with them about 6 months ago and haven't heard anything off them since, which I thought was rather surprising because my blogs are all at least PR4. This is of concern because when you register you have to provide them with personal information - who knows what they do with it? (spam farm maybe)

It's another of these companies that makes a rather grand statement on their homepage : "Many of our bloggers are making $250 or more per month for simply posting to their blog!"

Can anyone share their experiences of this company? I certainly don't recommend them.

Looks like it's just a company that finds advertisers for blogs. Might be that they simply have no advertisers in your area, or advertisers in general.

Yes, that's a likely explanation but their website also makes the following statement: "Registering below is easy, simply fill out our short form, your blog will be reviewed and you will receive your first order in 24 hours!"

Now that is a blatant bare-faced lie.

    Anyone else heard of them?

That's true, they probably shouldn't make claims like that if they don't have a large enough pool of advertisers.

The whole paid to post on forums thing went downhill really quick. You should look into other opportunities.

Forums? Maybe you're referring to another thread I started in The Underground a couple of hours back. Blog To Profit certainly has nothing to do with forums - or blogs either apparently.

Why not use PayPerPost or one of the other big ones? I've heard very good things about payment from them and the # of opportunities available.

You've obviously not read my previous comments about PPP!
Let's just say I've got a low opinion of them.

I signed up as a blogger for BTP, and they're not my favorite. Actually, they're the bottom of my list as far as paid blogging goes. The majority of links they wanted embedded in posts where for plastic sugery and that type of thing, and if you want to work with them, you had to take whatever they assigned you.

They've stopped contacting me and that's A-ok by me.

Please direct me to some of your posts on PPP - I'd love to hear what you think about my favorite paid blogging program :)
