blog theme

    Can somebody tell me how can i change the theme of wordpress blog.
    is it pretty straight forwared or require lot of php knowledge.
    which blog is better wordpress or blogger

    its simple, just download the wp theme from where ever, unzip it and upload the folder to your blog -> wp_content -> themes folder then in admin bit click on presentation and choose the new template.
