Yes, of course. You can simply leave a link back to your site (in the footer) and people will pay your site a visit especially when you have an excellent theme
The best way would be to put your site link in the footer, and then give the theme free. Hopefully if people dont remove the link, you should get decent visitors back and also more sites link back to your site meaning a higer place in the search engines.

Head down to the Link Sales section if you would like to sell spots in your theme. If it is good enough and is promoted well, people will be ready to buy spots.
