    sorry, but i'm a newbie to blogging and confused. i want to choose a blog tool that is very easy to skin. which of these is easier to theme: wordpress, nucleuscms or textpattern??? if you know an opensource blog tool that's easy to skin, pls tell... :p

    Wordpress seems to be the easiest: I've done everything to my wordpress blogs.

    I haven't had enough of an opportunity to play with the MT templates, so couldn't tell you for sure how easy they are, however as far as I know, it's really easy to skin...

    If you like WordPress, I've got a short list of wordpress templates and skins here...

    If you like the Blogger engine however, I've got a small collection here

    (Sorry for the spammy links)...

    As a side note, wordpress 1.5 is supposed to be even easier to skin and customise, so it may be the best bet for you (It's super, super easy to set up too)....
