I need to make a my own blog (blogspot) template for my blog. Please tell me how/Where can i download free software for teplate design.

As mentioned above, there are some free alternatives but you need two key software components (or you can use notepad for coding if you are THAT good). 1) You need a graphic editor / designer. * GIMP is free and powerful, though I heard the UI is a bit to get used to. * Photoshop would be idea but is expensive 2) A code editor program * NOTEPAD is free and already installed on your computer (probably) - this does not help you at all with learning coding or fixes, etc. * Dreamweaver is very nice to use for all web design aspects in multiple languages.

There is no easy to use program that will just do it for you if you have no knowledge. This is like asking "What program can I use to build a car. I have no idea about building cars, but what can I use for free that will do it for me?".
