I currently run a successful amateur pornography blog. I work as an affiliate for a file hosting company that pays me a commission of all sales through PayPal. I live in the US but the file hosting company is based out of Germany and my blog is hosted in the Netherlands. I have a few tax questions and I was wondering if anyone here could help me out before I see an accountant and spend a fortune...

    1) What country should I be paying taxes to?
    2) Are there any advantages to starting an LLC if I am not accumulating debt and don't plan on hiring employees?
    3) Is it possible/advantageous to start an overseas company instead of remaining an American sole proprietor?

Any other tips/tricks would also be appreciated. Thank you :)

You may want to read upon that from this site: http://www.ustaxinternational.com/qa.html

I don't think it directly answers your question, but it could be just a good start to get some insights on the issue.
