is out of control. Those dudes don't post a couple links but rather use your blog as their site map ( so it seems ) Here is onlinewebmarketing.info 's latest masterpiece featured on my opera blog http://my.opera.com/SiteTutor/journal/1#usercomments I will leave it up to show people If you guys have been blog spam attacked, feel free to show us on http://spambank.blogspot.com/ We will create a data base of the worst alleged blogspammers for http://www.blogparty.net Mike
That's low! I go to so many different logs everyday, but that is because I truly wish to find some good ones to read, or to see a really cool design somewhere on the web. I never leave anything if I don't have anything to say, nor do I comment on the blogs I don't like. There are like only 4 blogs so far I have ever posted anything on them. Most blogs provides fields for you to fill in, and in my opinion, all you should really do is fill your blog's address in the field. If people like your comments, they will want to know more about you, and they will click on your name. Posting a link right out is just plain advertising. And about what happened to you.... that is just OMG-class offense!!!! Where is the torch!?!? Not to mention some of those links don't even work.
Those guys are asking for it, I'm wondering if there is anything that can be done to get them banned in the search engines for doing that. They are obviously going hardcore about getting backlinks to scam themselves into the SERPs.
I would attempt to block them using my .htaccess file. Referrer spam in maddening. You might also contact their host and see if you could get action that way. Shannon
Actually those are some good ideas for my new forum http://www.blogparty.net/blogparty/index.php? Discussing issues on how to deal with those things and how to make things better for everyone out there.
