    -good seo
    -good templates
    -ability to put adsense on it

    I'm also wondering if there is blog software with forum (or are easy to integrate forum)

    Huh? What do you want? Ajax search on your blog? Ajax commenting on your blog?
    You could use the K2 theme if you are using wordpress.
