    Your website does not have good template. It's very confusing. Does not resemble professional look. I suggest that you go for wordpress and put good template.

    I don't CARE what your site looks like!!! It's entertaining enough without all the jazzy stuff! ... but I guess you need people to stay long enough to find out how entertaining you are. So maybe do something with the header to catch the eye more? Maybe some really outrageous quote from one of the blogs?

    if you search money using Google Adsense, i think you should change your banner ad on the top of the blog post. Your adsense in right sidebar is good, some widget is not fit into your blog theme.
    I think you will get high rank on google because using .blogspot because blogspot is faster to be indexed by google rather than other blog.

    My suggestion, submit and create more SEO page. send you back links and create blogwalking ( add comment to other blogs)

    I have seen the blog theme you used several times before, perhaps you might want to look into getting one which is a little more unique and compliments the character of your blog well.

    Besides that, I do see a few alignment issues but again this is due to the present theme you are using.
