Your site has an identity. The colours are nice. Seems professional.

Just to maximize your profits try to add one more add, horizontal, between some posts. It does not hurt.

I like the color scheme! The header is a bit plain though.. try adding some abstract gradient swirls (green) for some movement.

Nice looking blog! Try moving "Blog of Browie, The life of browie" on the right side, to not cover the man in the header, or flip the header image.
Also, I have found the background color a little bit hard for the eye, after watching the site for a few minutes. Maybe a softer colour?

is that you in the header, with number 24 shirt? hehe. since it's a personal blog, spice it up with your fantastic picture.
