I will not pay any upfront fee's but as you can see in my iTrader I have never failed to pay for anything even up to USD 250 per transaction .. I like the theme at nice4rice.com which is dead at the moment. I am looking to attract more visitors and more comments. a way to get them to keep on coming back .. at the moment i achieve this only by giving out a lot of competitions for money and for hot programs on the market. The designer should design it for wordpress usage. If you are interested please drop me a pm. I will only get back to you by tomorrow. Please also let me know how much you are charging me. I will only pay when I see the design at work . My budget is USD 50 to USD 150 .. I can get a design from a lot of sites selling their services but they are not hungry people like we are at DP. Thats what I like about it here. Fair and just competitions for great value.
I have a couple of ideas I could draw down for you. However, http://www.ifonlyihadit.com/ looks quite nice, IMO it does not need a redesign.
