    where do u find popular blogs that are targetted to a certain intrests and how do you know that the blog is popular or not if you do not look at the number of comments?

    Try starting at a place like Technorati. Type in some searches and see what comes up.

    As to popularity, I don't know, because I could care less if a blog I don't own is popular. :D

    You should specific about it as there are plenty of popular blogs there in blogsphere. PR and backlinks might be another criteria that you might consider to check their popularity.

    Google Blog search is a good resource to search all types of blogs. Technorati.com is another good resource.
