First of all, do a search. Then, tell us what you already know, because we don't know where to start. Then, get rid of all of those ads on your site -- quite the distraction. Give us some keywords that you want to optimize. ... then we can talk
I count at least FIVE ads on your site. They are distracting / ugly, and makes people think that you care more about making money than content. At most, you can have 2. Sure, we can optimize your site, but who's going to stick around your site to click when it looks unprofessional?

you can manually add your meta tags to your blog by converting it to static page and place some related keywords to your meta tags.
Make your blog clean! It really looks spammy. There are so many ads that's why it looks unprofessional. Start fixing meta tags and then the next step would be massive getting of links.
Having a lot of ads on your website will not give you a better chance of having your visitors to click on the ads and make profit for you. Your visitors will most likely to be annoyed and click on the "close" button on their browser. A good technique that I would recommend is to go and take a look at other blogs that are related to your subject that are successful (i.e. good search engine organic ranking and traffic ranking), often, you won't find as much ads as what you have on your site.
