    Yes i agree with the above threads but one more technique which is i think banner advertising on overseas education sites may help you in much amount in promotion and drag the attention of your potential customers like students

    I think that commenting on other blogs are very beneficial for the promotion of blog. If you make regular comments to other blog on somewhat related theme, interested users must reach to your blog through it.
