When your website went to pr2, that is only the toolbar pr. Your actual pr is updated all the time. pr doesn't translate into traffic or rankings anyway. You still need to effectively target good keywords. This is why I offer keyword research services. You need to target keywords that get traffic and that are not too competitive. By looking at your signature links, it doesn't look like you are targeting keywords that would get many searches. Here are some free keyword tools to help find some better keywords.

Well PR doesnt means good traffic to your website, both are different things

1.) PR is basically Page Rank based on number of backlinks pointing to your website

2.) Traffic is measure of number of visitors coming to your website

    As simple as that

    Thanks,

merlinseo right, PR doesn't means Traffic. PR means how google measure your website by counting your backlink with some algorithms. PR 1-3 usually easy to reach, higher PR more difficult to reach, it's depend on your quality backlink.
Traffic means visitor to your site. backlink is only one of the ways to generate traffic. Others way you can go with: web 2.0, forum marketing, viral marketing, bum marketing, classified ads submitter, PPC, media buying, offline promotion etc.

Page rank is the number of high quality back links are targeted back to your site, and not a measurement on to increasing your site's traffic, however, it can substantially increase your site's SERPs. Alexa is for measuring traffic.

PR doesnt depend on traffic, it depends on the backlinks you get from other sites, and also your page internal links.
Traffic is just different, you have to promote your blog to earn traffic.

Your traffic depends on your serps and not PR....

Page rank is just an indication how well different people have linked to your blog. It by no means guarantees visitors.... :(

Just like the guys said, your PR doesn't determine your traffic or SERP ranking. If you use "office info tips" or "office information tips" as your main keywords, the search volume is very low as determined by google adwords keyword tool - not enough data.

Eventhough you rank no1 for those keywords at google, but there's no people searching for that particular keywords. You can try optimizing your website by using other popular keywords, for example:

"motivation employee". It has an average search volume of 33,100 and search results of 4,930,000. Low competitive keywords are the one you should be targeting, unless you have millions to invest on links development to compete with the big boys. Try reading more SEO tips and keywords research articles.

Besides that, you also need to properly optimize your head tag such Title, Description and Keywords. Please search for the tips on it. Remember to build your links by using keywords, don't restrict yourself to only the site name. That's all I have to say for now, hopefully it can help you build some traffic..Good Luck :)

I think you should optimize effectively the keywords which can bring good traffic, also share your blog links in different social sites and start promoting your content through rss feed syndication.

Pagerank is what google's view on the page. And it's not a reference or a factor to get huge traffic ;)

PR2 is how google indexes and recognises the blog or site.
If you have a blog linked to PR2 site it doesnt mean you will get lot of traffic.
To get lot of traffic you need to have a link on the PR2 site which is most clickable by the visitors to PR2 site.

Well page rank and traffic are both different think. You got PR because of the quality blogs linked to your blog. Getting quality links doesn't guarantee you a traffic.

You have to work on the traffic separately. Try to target search engine traffic by targeting to bring your blog in the front page of search engine by various related keywords.
