Hi I noticed a while ago that wordpress has a really good PR, much better than EZA atleast but wordpress blogs that should have better PR rarely if ever beat ezine articles in google spots...why is that? or is it a different PR value altogether if its a blog and a different one if its the domain itself?. Could someone please clarify...I thought putting your keyworded content on a wordpress blog guaranteed you way better PR than an ezine article of the same kind...
The difference is that wordpress doesn't link to each blog from other pages on their site. On ezinearticles, each article gets links from a few different places throughout the site. The blogs on wordpress are considered separate sites. Just because a page is on a high PR site, it does not mean that the page automatically gets high PR. It is still based on links passing PR.
