Hello! I have seen a lot of people who buy posts on blogs with links in them to increase their ranking in SE. I have also seen that a lot of people prefer to have unique articles posted and not the same article... Now, my question is why are they struggling to get unique articles?... I've heard that google will index them if they are different and will skip some of them if they are the same....(or will consider them less valuable) BUT THIS IS NONSENSE! Let's see it like this: You have a great website which has lots of good quality articles and other webmasters just copy/paste your article because they think it's great. So, having many duplicated articles on the net wouldn't be good in Google's eyes? (after all IMO google just appreciates great content) Cheers, Vlad
LOL, you didn't get the point. It's first come first indexed. If your website was the first who release that kind of uniqueness, Google will base on your site and check the other site who has steal or copy your content.
thats right... especially if its sticky content... interesting and unique topic really makes a difference...
I agree with keemuph, google knows who owns the article based on the date that it was indexed. If you have unique and interesting article it's your advantage because people might love to link to your article. If they copy your article their site got a duplicate content. So your site won't get hurt.
Its not first come first indexed. Its whoever Google trusts the most that normally is ranked highest. Even if the trusted site links to the other site as the source the trusted one will rank first.
