Blog Posts De-Indexed or Not Getting Indexed At All!

    Hello all,

I got strange going ons on my blog, now I have not had any issues with my WordPress blog before, in fact it's pretty successful and is ranked top for my chosen keyword.

Anyway I noticed a week ago that a lot of my posts have been de-indexed and some new are not even getting indexed. Now you might say that I don't have enough weight behind the blog post URL but I post my new blog postings to the top Bookmarking sites, in fact they always got indexed and I have never had this problem before.

I'm wondering if Google has changed something within the systems and now ban's blog posts if they get too many top links fast?

Any one got any thoughts on this?

It's strange because some of the posts are still indexed, I did wonder if it was a plugin causing it to de-index etc. Would site map do this?

    Thanks
    Gary

Do you link to some doggy sites? Is your content unique?
Do you use any blackhat techniques?

Nope all is legit, which is what is strange, the only thing you could say is blackhat is the submitting to many bookmarking site using online submitters.

But that don't make sense since if they was going to ban the post then why didn't they ban the main URL?

Hm, that's really strange. How old is the site and which online submitters did you use?

It's over a year old now, some posts are still indexed, just checking through them now, also trying to see if I can see a pattern as I have recently started using SENuke and wondered if that was leaving a trace. I only really use it for it's submitter.

Though I have seen posts that I used with SEnuke still indexed and some not, just checking older posts and some are still indexed.

I did do a little test with one of my main pages I created, I created a brand new page and made all new content so it was a duplicate. Post that up and submitted to a few sites and it's yet to get index.

Normally I would even need to submit sites since my main domain would get them indexed anyway.

    Arghh damn you Google!

    :)

Thanks Poseidon, going to check for duplicate content and make sure no one is using my content, might be that some one has copied that page.

Still confused though and don't know the real reasons for this but it has put a light over what might be the situation. Bookmarked that blog post for future reference.

Maybe you'd want to re-submit them via the Google Webmaster Tools. As far as I know, they allow you to do that. :)
