There's a few out there which have free versions including Fast Blog Finder and Comment Kahuna. They limit you to about 50 blogs but you can also use some of the sites out there like http://linkbuildingbible.com/dofollowdiver/ Hope that helps!
there are some SW that do that but most of them ar worthless. most of the time they come up with nofollow blogs and display as dofollow. make sure you manually check them or use firefox plugin for dofollow blog finding
