    or

    Unqiue Blog Post (with 1 link)

    Please also take into account the Blog Roll will be on all pages including homepage so e.g PR3

    However the blog post will be on the same site but with No PR

    Please reply with your views.

    I would rather have the blog roll, you are on all the pages. A blog post isn't terrible, but you won't have nearly the amount of backlink juice on a large blog.

    I prefer blog posts because: they're cheaper, they are permanent and they are often surrounded in related text. I do agree that blogrolls might be more beneficial for SEO, but I still prefer blogposts ;)

    With the amount of people doing blog rolls now , i would have thought maybe google is giving less power to these links ?
