Any SE-PR-Rank value if I use my name linked to my URL in
    the blog comment?

It is difficult nowadays to use a keyword as a name due the spam filters.

    Thanks

Using names instead of keyword will give you PR juice if it is dofollow blog and a certain backlink count. But, it won't help you in anyway for SERP ranking boost. So, it is not good in SEO view. I know it is difficult to get keyword in name section. But, not all dofollow blogs are blocking from using keywords in name section. I suggest, find and digg more blogs and try to use keyword instead name. This will give you PR, SERP and backlink benefits.

Use keywordluv blogs if you still want to use keywords in anchor text.
