it's awesome, intuitive and nice design, haven't check for its performance though, my simple suggestion, try playing around with webfont rather than using images, it will unleash many design possibilities :)

    1) I don't know if you intended your logo to be that way, but the black box surrounding the logo needs to go. Find a way to integrate the logo better. Same goes for your motto below the logo. It is too small and the text is too condensed.
    2) Your menu is tucked away at the top right of your screen, implying that you don't want people to click around your website. Assuming your website is intended to sell your services, it would be in your interest to increase the size of your menu links and even moving it down a bit.
    3) I would recommend you change your "Request a Quote" link into a call-to-action button, and possibly moving it out of the menu and placing it somewhere more visible
    4) The website 'goal' isn't very obvious. The name has the word "Blog" in it, but you have no actual BLOG aspect to your website. If this is a portfolio website, then you should make it clear on your home page what you do and provide examples of your work. I would recommend having screenshots of the websites you've made, not just thumbnails like you have now, it will make a better impression. If your site is going to be a blog, then you should have some kind of posts.
    5) Your footer is extremely minimalistic. You should do some research and look at other websites' footers to get a good idea on what to include.
