    Blog, definitely. If you get a good niche going, you could have a blog with a forum. But the blog needs to be the framework for your plan...along with a good, long, hard look at your budget...

    i suggest you to start a blog , because you can do easily seo for your blog and can write good content in it , if you want to start a forum then you have to more hard work and you will not get good money easily , but in blog you can sell links and write reviews of other products and much more work . so start a blog and use word press for your blog . if you need any kind of help for your blog contact me anytime and i will help you .

    I suggest you don't do any of those options. Do little jobs for people. If you are on these forums most of the day you can find little jobs for $2-10. If you work really hard you can earn this money in a month.

    I would also go with a blog. Forums can be more complicated and are usually associated with a pre-existing product or community. One thing to do might be to start as a blog, build your community, and then move to a forum.

    since i do blogs and have never done a forum, i'd say start with a blog. its hard getting people to join a forum and start posting.
