    Forums have IMMENSE user participation options - Just like DP.

    Blogs have limited user participation options but have AWESOME fexibility and simplicity in use for the webmaster.

    Both are different frames.

    I like forums because you can contribute when you can.

    When you start a blog if you have no time for adding content on a daily basis you look like a lazy individual, when there may be tons of other reasons preventing writing continuity.
