I still don't understand how much of what All-in-one SEO pack does is automatic, and how much you have to do yourself.

 

Hmm.. Maybe almost 100%, but not 100% pure Search traffic. There might be still a little traffic from refferal sites (which cant be avoid as you go on link building.)

 

There are lots of good informative threads here on DP about Search Engine Optimization(SEO)... just do a quick search, you can learn a lot from them.

And, with $100, you can buy a few links....but, few links can't make much difference... it's just waste of money.
