My daughter is 8 and wants a blog, too. I told her no. Not yet, don't think it's good for a kid to post her thoughts and anyone be able to read it (she also tried to sign up with myspace, but added her real birthyear first, so myspace banned her IP addy)

Hahaha, well I mean for a 7yr old... that kid can go far.. think about when he is 20, 30, he'll be at the top of his industry if he sticks with it.

not necessarily...i've known plenty of kids who were pushed to be "math geniuses" and "doctors" at early ages, and now they're pot heads.

He had help. He says "I am kinda starting to read good" and "I have read first two pages". What 7 year old could only be able to read 2 pages of a book yet have a website with such accurate spelling and punctuation?

If he uses Adsense, by the time he is 16 he can already own a house.

Nope only 30% are living in POVERTY.. but according to UNESCO indians are most satisfied and most happiest people in world..
Money doesnt mattter.. what if you have $1M earnings a month and if you have diabetes and you cant eat sweet stuff ?
so Money isn't da thing.. Indians have been the most happiest and satisfied person ;)

This must be a publicity stunt: how can a 7 year old afford a domain and web hosting, and type that good of English?

Agreed, his site looks like a publicity stunt for his family. Everything looks so orchestrated. Geeze, microsoft word? You just have to point and click.

I must say that his designing skills are definitely that of a 10 year old:D

I agree, I have a hard time believing a child of that age could install, customize, and setup joombla.

Not to spam or anything like that but here is a link to my youngest brother's website. At nine years old he created the entire thing himself using frontpage. I'm probably going to buy him a hosting package and domain name for Christmas this year.

EDIT: The forum isn't allowing me to post the live link because I haven't been here seven days yet. So his link is below but you need to add http to it.
